Please read the following terms and conditions carefully Cancellation Policy. We understand that life can be busy and plans may change. The full payment is required to secure your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Address Details My address will be sent to you upon booking (if you don’t already have it). Client Safety & Booking Policy At Laura Marsh Sports Massage, I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients. What I Offer I provide professional, non-sexual sports massage therapy, supporting injury recovery, muscle tension relief, improved mobility and performance, and postural and muscular imbalances. Abusive, inappropriate, or sexually suggestive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation and potential reporting. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include deep tissue massage, trigger point work, and rehabilitation advice. Booking Policy for Male Clients Men are very welcome to book. However, for personal safety reasons, I kindly ask that any male clients I haven’t met before book appointments after 4:30 pm only. Bookings made outside of this time may be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Your Data & GDPR All client information is handled in line with UK GDPR regulations.
